Squall is described as a "Lone Wolf".
He takes distance from other people, but not because he dislikes them,
but because he doesnt want to be hurt when they leave him. They doesnt know this, though.
Squall is a Gunblade specialist and a SeeD candiate. His worst enemie, Seifer, is the one who gave him the scar in the forehead when they practiced.


Laguna Loire

Special Attack: Unknowned
Laguna is a soldier in the Galbadian Army. Squall visits him in the past without knowing really why.
When he and Laguna meets later on, Laguna has advanced from being a soldier to.....something much biger.
Laguna is a man that speaks before he thinks and therefor he often gets in trouble.


Zell Dincht
Age: 17

Weapon: Glove
Special Attack: Duel
Zell comes from a rich familly, but decided to join SeeD to honor his great grandfather.
Hes a Martial Art expert that doesnt rely on anything but his fists and feets.
Hes known for not thinking things through before doing them.


Seifer Almacy
Age: 18

Weapon: Gunblade
Special Attack: Sweeping of small Fires
Seifer is Squalls biggest rival.
Hes a naturally gifted warrior, and he handles his gunblade as a God.
Hes the kind of person that has to be in controll. He has a bad temper and cant take orders very well.
He knows what Squall is capable of, and fears him.


Rinoa Heartilly
Age: 17

Weapon: Blaster Edge
Special Attack: Angelo Canon
Rinoa is the leader of the Forest Owls, an organization that fights for Timber´s freedom.
She is beautifull, spirited and lively and she is very open and honest with her feelings.
At first, shes Seifer´s girlfriend, but after hand, she starts develop feelings for Squall.


Irvine Kinneas
Age: 17

Weapon: Gun
Special Attack: Shot
Irvine is a ladies man and a gunfighter. Not really a good sniper, though.
Although hes not a SeeD, hes known as the best shooter in Garden.
He may seems uncaring, but he is really very serious and sensitive.
 
 

Selphie Tilmitt

Special Attack: Slot
Selphie is a young woman with a carefree spirit.
She sees not to serious at things and people ofter wonder what she
does in the millitary. Later on, she gets charmed by Irvine.


Quistis Trepe
Age: 18
172 cm
Weapon: Chain Whip
Special Attack: Blue Magic
Quistis is Squalls teacher.
She first was a good Seed, but then got degraded to instructor,
and after Squall passed the SeeD exam, she lost that job aswell. She then became a part of the group Squall was leader of.

Edea is a sorceress that you dont know to much about early in the game.
But later on, you will find out things you can hardly belive is true.
The name Matron spits out of nowhere....thats Irvines brain...
